Had a gum graft surgery for receding gums. Was treated by Dr Sal Shahidi, who delivered exceptional service. Post surgery he clearly explained the important steps to successful recovery, and enabled recording of these instructions to ensure these were remembered. Also, Coco, I believe, from reception is very accommodating and reassuring pre and post appointment
I was nervous about an extraction but Dr Shahidi and his lovely nurse Terri did an exceptional job of making sure I was comfortable and at ease. They were patient, displayed real kindness and i felt very well looked after. Excellent care from the whole team- thank you so much!
The team at Sydney Perio are incredible. I was referred to them by my dentist to see Dr Sal Shahidi for my receded lower gum. I chose to travel to the city and go with Sal over my local gum specialist as they seemed so professional and caring, with great systems in place which made me feel much more at ease (terrified of getting the gum graft I needed). I first started receiving treatment from Dr Shahidi 1 year ago, both Dr Shahidi and the entire staff have been nothing short of amazing, compassionate, patient and kind. I honestly couldn't recommend Dr Shahidi and team more highly.
I was referred by my dentist to Dr Shahidi to perform my dental implant. Dr Shahidi explained the procedure and gave very clear outcomes and expectations. The surgery itself was quick and painless. There were no infections and the implant healed well. Overall, my experience from the initial consultation to post implantation has been excellent. Highly recommended.
