Had another massage with Hector last week at SPC in St Leonards. He is exceptional - starts with discussing goals for the massage, checks in to manage expectations of time allocation (eg I do a lot of vert running so wanted a glutes/legs focus so we agreed on an 80/20 split with just a bit of upper body). Pressure is therapeutic, and precise. Not for the faint-hearted, but can endorse thoroughly for anyone seeking a specific massage.

Well overdue review. I had such a great experience at SPC. Although no longer there, Kathy was so thorough, validating, and kind. She asked heaps of questions and gave me many strategies. Eva was also so lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Eva is definitely a 5+ trainer. Every week she comes up with new and challenging exercises but also balances it well with familiarity so it feels great to build on what’s already known. Eva’s sessions not only strengthen the body but also the mind - with her wonderful nature and great phrases “if it’s within your practice - go a little deeper/faster” - our hour always goes by enjoyably but swiftly. Highly recommend Eva (and the SPC crew) for all your wellness needs!
