Sold me a defective balloon and refused to replace it, even when I offered to pay for a new one. Instead, they insisted on reinflating the defective balloon rather than inflating a new one that I was willing to purchase. The balloon slowly deflated within two hours and became unusable. Very disappointing customer service and a frustrating experience. I expected a reasonable solution, but none was offered.
Very expensive and not nice at all. I had a credit store but was moving away to another city. Kindly ask for a refund instead. They didn’t wanna know anything and just said no. Rude staff
The same product was displayed with two different prices ($16 and $22) on the same shelf. I advised staff that under Australian Consumer Law, when multiple prices are displayed, the lower price should apply. However, staff insisted on charging the higher system price of $22.
