The cute gentlemen ibbi was very helpful! He went far and beyond to help us with the tables and chairs for my sons birthday. Will definitely be back!

We ordered chairs for my sisters reception, They didnt show up to the booking on the day. The stress that put sister in when her planner called her advising that sydney party operation didnt turn up and bot contactible at all at 4pm. My sister asked to be compensated $4000. Our stylist was trying to contact them but no luck and sent us screen shots of replies. Luckily the stylist refunded $3000 so they can at least have something. I hired 12 panels (i.e. 3x4m) of LED dance floor for my wife's 50th 70s Disco birthday party at our home on Saturday night. Abi kept me well informed through the process and the flooring was delivered and installed late Friday afternoon as promised. However, on Saturday afternoon, when turning on the floor, it transpired that one of the panels was faulty.
