Ugh frustrating helium balloon not filled properly. Rushed job and poor quality balloons. Now it doesn't float high
The staff is unprofessional. I don’t know if the owner pays them too little or what, but unfortunately, the person I met couldn’t even speak English properly. I couldn’t understand a word from her mouth……
