I had a left hip obturator nerve ablation with Dr Nazha. This kind and compassionate doctor has handed me my life back. I can get up from a chair and walk without that grabbing and intense 9/10 pain that had me shuffling with a cane in pain to walk. I can balance on that leg now, I can cut my own toenails again, I can sleep without waking to turn over 8 or 10 times a night. I have to have a hip replacement down the track, but this will enable me to walk enough to get some weight off so the operation and rehab will be safer. ... read more

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Alan Nazha and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is kind, compassionate and really listens to understand your concerns. I have also had very positive interactions with Dr Khan, Psychologist Waqar, the Practice Nurses and clerical staff, all extremely kind, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend this clinic.

Multiple pain sites... Dr Alan is working through them with dramatic results each time.. By the time he's done I think I'll look back on the last 15+ years as a horrible nightmare! I'm truly astounded by temporary outcomes far out-performing and out-lasting expectations. Massive gratitude

Patient under Sydney Pains Dr Ch. (Female) care for chronic pain, Dr has made a significant difference in quality of life. 1 star – Dr Alan Nazha (Sydney Pain Specialists) When I was in a post‑op pain crisis, I reached out to this practice. I called Dr Nazha’s rooms – was told to “just go to ED.” I sent an emergency message over the weekend – it was seen. I later learned that Dr Nazha and his colleague, Dr Waqar (pain psychologist at the same clinic), discussed my message between themselves. Neither of them reached out to me.
