I have had six procedures done the Sydney Pain Day Surgery. The experienced staff make the process straight forward and immediately put you at ease. I would like to give a shout out to what I consider a very special nurse. Her name is Cassi and she could not do enough for me. She treated me with such kindness and consideration. She is a very caring person who goes out of her way to make your experience here a good one.
I had such a wonderful experience at this day surgery center. From the moment I arrived, the reception and nursing staff made me feel completely at ease. They were warm, friendly, and incredibly professional, guiding me through every step of the process with care and reassurance. Their kindness and attention to detail truly helped calm any nerves I had before the procedure.
