I started clinical pilates with Juliana a month ago and have seen great results and progress after knee surgery and an extended period off with injury. Very knowledgable staff and a great environment.
I suffered a rather strange injury whilst doing a circuit training course. I saw one physio (with 20 years experience) who literally couldn't figure out an appropriate diagnosis or treatment plan. So I tried SESMO and voila...they nailed it. Professional, thorough and quite creative in their treatments. I've had a lot of sports injuries over the years and SESMO is awesome. Can't recommend it highly enough.
This place is great! I was able to get fitted for a new pair of orthotics and receive physiotherapy treatment all on the same day. SESMO's podiatrists, physiotherapists and physicians all delivered me a truly professional service, whilst genuinely showing care for my wellbeing and longterm health. I couldn't recommend this place any more highly!
