I was very disappointed with this business. I had to wait for an appointment for approx 3 months and they did not look at any details til the week prior, and then cancelled saying they couldn't help despite my issue being what was clearly highlighted on their website as a condition they treat / specialise in. I was extremely upset as had waited so long for help and was back at square one. Their reception was extremely rude and dismissive, constantly talking over me and just trying to get rid of me.
Disclosure: I do not have any financial interests in relation to this clinic or any of the professionals practicing there. I am a retired medical practitioner (specialist radiologist). I did not know Dr Nguyen during my working life. Due to geographic differences in our locations of practice, I am not aware that I had ever received any referral of patients from him.
