We recently used Dr Paul Hammans for my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction. The procedure went smoothly, my daughter didn’t need the strong pain relief. The follow up appointment in Fairy Meadow was easy and convenient - thoroughly recommend this practice for their professionalism and empathy. Dr Hammans is kind and was very patient with my stressed daughter. Deserves much more than 5 stars!
Complaint regarding poor customer service and treatment from female manager on shift 8/09/2026. I received an operation on a tooth that had to be surgically removed due to its location. Upon paying, my credit card declined. I was visibly upset - because atop of this, the money I was going to pay with on my debit card (that I saved up for months) was taken accidentally by my bank out of my account that morning that wiped my account (bank mistakenly payed my rent payment of 1250 for all 3 of tenants twice). I regret choosing this doctor for my tooth extraction. I had a poor experience with the procedure. Part of the bone was damaged during the extraction, and Dr Hammans did not inform me about it. I only discovered this later when consulting another doctor about an implant, and I was told I may not be able to have a normal implant because of the damage. I also felt rushed into having the extraction on the same day as the consultation, without enough time to properly consider my options.
Dr Hammans, by all accounts you’re rude, ignorant, and cross lines you have no place being anywhere near. My partner came home crying after visiting you all to learn nothing apart from how pathetic of an individual you are. We will be writing to the health board. I’m genuinely disgusted by what I’ve been told about the way you interact with clients.
