I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with both the reception and medical staff at Sydney Ophthalmic Specialists. The reception staff in particular are extremely accommodating and friendly and they’ve gone out of their way to help me with my bookings. Would highly recommend SOS to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!

저는 한국인이고 워킹홀리데이로 일주일 전에 호주를 왔어요. 갑작스레 비문증이 생겨 만약 망막 이상으로 생긴 증상이면 급하게 치료를 받아야 해서 당일 진료가 가능한지 여쭤봤는데 사정을 이해해 주시고 진료를 빨리 볼 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 전화로 예약을 했는데 아직 영어가 서툴러 잘 못알아 들어도 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 예약해주신분이 당일진료 볼 수 있도록 도와주셔서 성함을 적고싶은데 성함을 모르겠어요ㅜㅜ 만약에 큰 이상이 있으면 한국으로 모든 걸 접고 돌아가야 하나 걱정을 했는데 빨리 진료를 볼 수 있게 해 주셔서 너무 감사했고 다행히 검사상 이상은 없었습니다. 진료 전 검사해 주시는 분과 Caroline 의사선생님이 너무 친절하고도 꼼꼼하게 잘 봐주셔서 만약에 한국 분들 중에 예상치 못하게 안과를 가야 할 분이 계시다면 이 병원을 정말 추천하고 싶어요. 찾아보니 호주 안과는 따로 의뢰서가 없어도 볼 수 있다고 하여 예약을 한 건데 다행히 진료를 볼 수 있었습니다. 비용은 기본 망막 검사랑 진료비 합해서 약 40만원 정도 발생했고 보... read more

Reception 0 empathy, no answering the phone living you more 30 minutes on hold. Doctors are good, please fired all your reception staff and hire AI.

Special thank you to Dr.Michael Jones and all team members, good communication, service, professional and precise. We are a bit nervous at the beginning, but guided thoroughly. My daughter just had stramisbus surgery on her both eyes. Very happy with amazing result. Much appreciate it.
