It was an absolute pleasure to attend this Specialist Eye Clinic. From my initial greeting from the two receptionists to seeing Milia Ferris for an assessment to my consultation with Dr Lee, I felt I was in good hands. This place oozes KINDNESS. Every step, along the way of my consultation was seamless and I was competently informed all the way through. Wonderful staffs very professional and kind!
Attended this wonderful eye specialist clinic recently for our little one which was a wonderful experience. The admin staff was so kind and helpful in booking an appointment, Mr Jones was nice, kind and efficient in attending our little eye 🥰. Appointment was timely. The clinic being at the prime spot, those attending would need to plan for parking space in advance, especially for those attending from interstate. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an expert eye specialist and struggling to get appointments.
All of the admin staff here are exceptional, and Dr Jones is great. I feel my daughter is in very safe hands here.
Dr Claire Fraser and the team were excellent.
