I saw Dr Wai See and she was great. She listened to me and understood what I was saying and was extremely attentive to what I needed to get done. I felt comfortable and at ease with her. The girls at reception were also great and welcoming.
I recently had a endoscopy/colonoscopy performed by Dr Way Siow, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! From the moment I arrived, his warm demeanor and professionalism put me at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all my questions, alleviating any concerns that I had. My visit was for a standard check-up day procedure. On the day of the scheduled procedure, Dr David Van der Poorten and his anaesthetist, Tony Padley detected an irregularity which could have been problematic if the procedure had been undertaken. They advised that I resolve the problem with a cardiologist. That referral confirmed their suspicions and I owe my longevity (hopefully) to their professionalism and diligence. They put patient care above the holy dollar !!
