Absolutely terrible and unethical service centre. My car got towed there because of a system fault and it took them 2 weeks to find the problem. No courtesy car provided although they advised me to hire a car and they would reimburse which Nissan HQ said no to. During the 2 week period they allowed an employee to drive my car to the central coast and back to “test the car”. Absolute joke of a place.

These guys are true professionals, very helpful and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car.
A team of legend! I went in this morning without an appointment in distress as my headline went out before a long road trip tomorrow. SY at the reception so kindly helped me out. It was done in minutes, reasonably priced. Thank you team!
Absolutely zero customer service , the sales guy always ignored our calls , would text to say he’d return our call but never did Big enough to sell you a car but not to follow up on any issues you may have . Would not recommend this place
