The springs on our garage door broke just before Christmas. Kathy was very responsive in sending a technician to our place, ordering the springs and getting that that installed within a couple of days. Very happy with the responsiveness and level of service.
Highly recommend this business. John & kathy provided same day service to fix the broken spring on our old panel lift door. They did a temporary repair so we could get the door open. They ordered, then replaced the old spring with a new one a couple of days later. Door works better than it has in years! Prompt service, good communication. Would absolutely do business with them again. Thankyou.
John and Kathy came at short notice on a Saturday when the motor on our garage door suddenly stopped working. They fixed the issue and were extremely honest, reasonable and so lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.
