I haven't had any issues. Specialist I see is great. The receptionists have been really nice and always helpful.
I have been in touch with Dr Veena Jayadev who is absolutely fantastic to work with. She is very considerate and understanding of the patient needs. five stars for her effort. However, the lady at the reception is an absolute nightmare, rude and very unhelpful. one almost want to walk away from this place. the only reason we kept bearing the experience is because dr veena is wonderful. really hope management pays attention to this.
