I received friendly, caring and professional service from the lovely ladies at the Front Desk, the Neurodiagnostic Technologist and Dr Wijesinghe. I suffer from seizures and although I received normal results from the EEG, Dr Wijesinghe kindly referred me to have an MRI and to see an Epileptologist. Dr Wijesinghe has a lovely, warm and friendly disposition with a no nonsense approach. My visit was very quick which I like as I do not appreciate my time being wasted with inappropriate banter. Useless place. Worth a visit if you have MS and don’t like money. I’m sure their lawyers are busier than the doctors!
As a concerned daughter & Behaviour Consultant, I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the mistreatment and complete lack of empathy and unprofessionalism my mother was subjected to by the receptionist and Dr Jane Prosser at Sydney Neurology today. This experience was deeply upsetting for my mum, a registered nurse who recently suffered a stroke and has limitations with mobility and aphasia.
