AFTER I SENT PHOTOS THEY INSISTED TO COME OVER WHICH I FOUND STRANGE AS I ALREADY SENT MY PROOF (PHOTOS) AND TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO CONTACT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY (I ALSO PRIOR TO MOVE ASKED IF THEY HAVE THEY SAID YES) NOW IM NOT SURE THWY ACTUALLY DO AND I DO NOT THINK THEY ARE EVEN A LEGITAMATE COMPANY. We used Sydney Move yesterday to move from one inner city Sydney apartment to another. Zoltan and the guys were very nice however we were quite clear that a number of our boxes contained items that would break or spill if tipped on their side or upside down, so those boxes would need to be kept right side up. In unpacking this morning it has come to light that every single one of those boxes has been tipped upside down, dozens of items are broken as a result and oil, flour, powders etc spilled over everything. I was a happy customer 2 years ago. This time their new team were much slower in moving/ packing. One of them spent more than 90 minutes from Liverpool to Kellyville. When I asked what took you so long he said I didn't take the toll road. They charged $120 for toll at the end! If you want to take a lunch break, that's fine. But don't charge me on hourly rate while having a break! Last time I paid around $700. This time they charged over $1100 for same furniture (same hourly rate both times.)
