I had this mechanic come out for a roadside pink slip ($140) and it was a really disappointing experience. My car had a full service four months ago when I bought it, including brand new wipers. Had no issue with the car whatsoever, but then be called my wipers “cheap,” then deliberately ripped the rubber, saying they “shouldn’t rip that easily.” When I questioned him, he had an attitude about it and was rude and argumentative.
