Called him on Thursday. Told him we had issues with the car and asked if he could come check it out. He said he'll come on Saturday and nothing more. Saturday comes, my brother calls him and the guy that was meant to come said he's too busy and that there's a $80 call out fee. Fair enough that there was a call out fee but this wasn't mentioned to us during the phone call on Thursday. These guys were also just down the same road as the car was in. Bad experience and would probably not try with them again.
