Great doctors, great treatment, however the receptionist is rude. Went there today for a follow up as an existing patient. This is my third follow up, I have them every three months. First she whinged cause everyone was early then she told me I had to have a referral from GP for my follow up. I was not told this and didn't have one for previous two follow ups. She started to argue. When I asked her if I could still have my appointment. She said Yes but you won't be able to claim it on Medicare you need a referral. I gave up ... read more
