My Mercedes had a transmission problem. I went to Mercedes Parramatta Shop to do the diagnosis. They gave me the faulty reports and service recommendation. I sent the faulty reports and diagnosis results to Richard, asked his opinion because the reports/service recommendation (from Mercedes Parramatta) was not quite understandable.
