Fantastic location, amazing customer service & clean, comfortable & quiet rooms. Great value for money & lots of eating options close by.
Friendly staff, a great central location close to public transport, rooms were compact but clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I recently stayed at Perouse Randwick (Room 113) and encountered serious hygiene and safety issues. The room was damp, unhygienic, and had cockroaches in the bathroom and on the curtains, posing real health risks. Reception was unattended when these issues occurred, so I could not report them immediately. Management’s response did not address the severity of the situation, and no resolution or refund was offered. Under Australian Consumer Law, accommodations must be safe, clean, and fit for purpose.
