Invoice was issued quite late. Due date stated at 1st of August 2024 on a letter. But, this letter has been delivered via mail on 20.08.2024. How ridiculous. Especially SLHD Account Department has to improve its procedures. Even they sent me a letter over the due.
The person working with student verifications had no idea what they are doing, they're turning a simple process into the most complicated bureaucracy. I doubt you're even a registered healthcare worker...
The lady who talked with me through the phone is unbelievably rude, blaming me for the wrong spelling of their name and yelling at me, makes me super uncomfortable . No matter who is the manager in this clinic, you need to find some one who is more educated to do this work, tell them never treat people with rudeness and speak politely . Otherwise you are hurting your patients
