Today I participated sharpening class, it was really helpful and so valuable time ever!! His skills and experiences about knife sharpening are so technical and he explained a lot of information about knife and various method about sharpening skills!! I was so happy to learn basic and important skills from Edy and If I got an opportunity, I would want to learn more skilful skills from him. Thank you for giving your time to me!!
Good quality knives, affordable and ecstatic looks for your kitchen. I also got the wooden magnetic with stick on the wall. Higly recommended.
Needed a couple of my Japanese knives sharpened and dropped them over to Yan in Lidcombe not knowing what to expect. Got them back three days later and wow - not a mark on them to show that they had been sharpened and they cut as well as they did when they were brand new, maybe even better.

Edy was responsive and accommodating. He fixed my knives and shared knowledge on how to sharpen and properly use knives. I'll definitely go back here for my knives.
