Edy's the man! Took great care of my knives. Recommend highly
My knives were in terrible shape, largely due to my clumsy sharpening. Ely brought them back to perfection and they’ve stayed that way. He reground my whetstone so intermediate sharpening works much better but I will take them back to Ely regularly for such a professional job.
$23 to sharpen and retip 18cm chefs knife. Easy to book, I originally messaged on IG. Returned the next day, pleased with the service and knife was wrapped in the teatowel I originally wrapped it in. Knife is sharp, everything cuts so smooth like butter. Location easy to find, google maps pin is accurate, entrance is on blackwattle lane. Thank you!

I had personally sharpened two knives pooly for years. They had chips and where in pretty average shape. Took them the boardway shop last month and I can not be any happier. Cuts through anything with ease and accuracy. No point learning to sharpen my knives any more. Just going to send them here regularly. Recommend!
