I had my sashimi knife repaired by Edy. I coud see the result after i got my knife. It was really sharp like i wanted. I loved the work he did with the knife. Thank you very much Edy!!
The knives were sharpened nicely
Excellent job. Knife was restored beautifully.
Fantastic service from Edy! My wife's knife had extra metal (a bump) near the heel of the blade, causing cutting issues, and Edy was able to re-profile the blade and restore it!
