The staff at new Hope animal Hospital are great. They took excellent care of my baby and got us in and out quickly.
Every time I have been there with my elderly dog, they try to add on all these unnecessary services. My dog has cancer in His back leg, and they instantly went to, We need to amputate his leg. My dog is not even good with regular anesthesia and to put him through that at 12 years old is insane. One time when I was checking out, the lady said wow you got an expensive boy! I am not impressed with any of the services I have received from these people.
I discovered New Hope Animal Hospital after needing to find somewhere to take my older kitty, Moon, to have his nails trimmed (he decided he didn’t enjoy having it done at all anymore 🙃). I’m so glad I found them! Coming in as a new patient, they were so helpful and gave me all of the information I needed to make the visit as smooth as possible.
