Absolutely horrible! Rude!!!!!! Never again will they get another $ from me. The lady before me… hopefully she doesn’t return, as the two girls mocked her, and talked about her once she left. Is this the free service everyone gets? Wow oh wow.
My fur baby was in terrible pain they got me in first thing this morning examined him and gave me a full road to recovery plan. Price is fair and the staff is super friendly. I will bring my other fur babies to New Hope no more chain vets for me. My fur baby means the world to me so I am glad I found someone who cares about their fur clients.
Every experience we had with New Hope Animal hospital has been so pleasant. They care for pets like they are their own. I like the different options they provide for your pets treatment. Really nice staff!
I love this place because they address your issue or reason for visit and dont push for anything extra.
