recently went to get myself and my 7 year old tested found Nerida worked well with both of us and kept my daughter engaged. Nerida explained things well to help my daughter explain what she was seeing and where her difficulties were, saw a vast improvement for both of us when we found our specific coloured lenses, can't wait for delivery. Nerida was also helpful from a teaching perspective on who and how I may need to aid some of my students, I also learnt so much thanks again.
The receptionist Di is absolutely lovely -a credit to this business. I never wish to come across Nerida again after the way she spoke to and treated my 8 yr old and myself after a 2nd failed attempt at colour selection. To her credit, I was promptly refunded. Ensure your child's answers are thoroughly consistent and that they can articulate how their eyes feel with the vocabulary range of a thesaurus or you will experience visible frustration from Nerida.
