I haven't even started any treatment at Sydney Implant Institute but I feel compelled to recognise Maddison who is a Treatment Co-Ordinator has been an absolute delight to deal with and truly exceptional She's warm, friendly, incredibly organised, attentive and always willing to help. The team there are the best from the receptionist to the head dentist mark braund they are all so polite and friendly and very professional they done a beautiful job on my teeth and I’m loving my smile I have my regular check ups by doctor Shai who I think is exceptional and very gentle with her hands I recommend anyone with teeth problems to go there and get a beautiful smile Thank you to the whole team

Went for initial consultation, got quoted, got referred to their third party company for super release, company were lazy and argumentative in my application process, then Maddison refused to assist me in self application to myGov, but they were perfectly fine to do the paperwork for Super for health ( their third party company ) I’ve lodged a complaint to AHPRA and the ATO These pop up clinics are an absolute joke, literally hundreds of them in Australia using the same overpriced strategy.
Excellent service.
