Yes, some days you do have to wait an extensive amount of time due to emergencies, however the treatment I received was wonderful and I’m so happy with how well the staff and surgeons treated me; not to mention how well they fixed my almost severed fingers!
Well it was another bad day at the hospital. I reviewed it about a year ago and I’m back at it again. I had to go in today for a pre-surgery meeting and I got there at 8:45 and left there at 12 noon and still didn’t get taken care of I think the doctor was playing games I’m not sure everybody else was taken care of and processed. They came in right in front of me and then they were gone within the hour I sat there for 3 hours
I didn’t wait too long despite getting there early. Dr was professional and thorough and despite the reason I presented she was extremely non judgemental.
I had an amazing experience at Sydney Hand and I Hospital after a pretty scary accident where I dropped a knife into my finger. I was worried I’d damaged a tendon, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. From start to finish, the entire team was incredible—calm, professional, and genuinely caring.
