Owen and Ken attended to update our home system. There was a minor problem (probably caused by our old TV), but with Owen’s persistence he visited a few times and finally fixed our little ‘bug in the system’. Five stars plus to Owen. Would highly recommend Sydney HiFi at Castle Hill.
Great Team all round at the office also Ken & Owen installers. Our new Hi-fi system & 85 inch TV on to the wall. Very professional tidy & pleasant men. Couldn’t be happier with system still smiling. Would recommend Sydney Hi-Fi to anyone.
After a large storm and damage to HIFI equipment I called in to get a quote to replace the equipment as required by the insurance company. They were happy to oblige provided I pay $350.00 UP FRONT for the quote. $350 for 5 minutes of there time and a potential sale in the thousands. A bit rich. I went with Audio Connection who did the quote for free and had better prices on the shelf, They collected a sale for their efforts.
Had a great experience at Sydney Hifi. I Upgraded to a new Auris Blues turntable. Owen was a legend and took the time to help me setup my tonearm and new Linn cartridge. Great edition to my system and really happy with it. Thanks Goran and Owen for your help!
