Communication from the office staff before appointment and the follow up from Dr Kathir has been fantastic.
My review is more of a 3.5 star. The practice is okay and well equipped. The receptionists are nice, but one of them speaks way too fast and needs to slow down. I find it interesting that there are two of them and yet, emails can't be attended to quickly. As for Dr Schneider, he was okay for a consultation however, I did not appreciate the way he rushed the follow up call to tell me my results. He just wanted to say what he had to say and didn't give me a proper chance to say how it helps etc. He did not care at all. Not sur... read more
As a patient I couldn't be happier. Clean modern rooms, great staff and a fantastic doctor. Dr Laurence Schneider is a wonderful doctor who has so much time to give, answered all my questions and put me at ease.
