My condition had reached the stage where I could walk no more than 20 meters without having a break. I was referred to Professor Martin Ng. 3 days before my appointment. The staff had me hospital having an angiogram, the following day CT scan as well as other tests. I meet with Professor Ng and he explained the procedure. Next was to have a TOE. Amazing team who kindly, compassionately, and professionally looked after my mother and guided us through a very stressful time. We were provided with all the information we needed and really appreciated Professor Martin Ng's holistic approach to mum's health, calling in other specialists to attend to mum's needs. I was referred to Sydney Heart Team Associate Professor Martin Ng two weeks before Christmas. I had a consultation, angiogram, TOE, lung function test, dye CT all completed before Christmas. The staff have been amazing cannot speak highly enough they have assisted in whatever way possible. Prof Martin Ng and his team have made this journey very easy to navigate. Thank you
Incredibly unhelpful and condescending phone staff. We contacted this practice on referral from our GP for severe coronary artery disease and were spoken to in a belittling and rude manner before being declined treatment as Prof Ng supposedly only deals in heart valves. Why would we be referred to see Prof Ng and why do you state on your website that he treats CAD? People deal with you based on instruction from medical professionals and not on their own accord. Dr Ng recently used TAVI procedure to treat my elderly father with heart failure. Not only was the procedure a great success, the before and after care by Dr Ng and his team at Macquarie University Clinic is admirable. So fortunate to have had this experience.
