I waited a very long time for this appointment, which was disappointing. On arrival, the receptionist discussed my paperwork with another receptionist in front of the entire waiting room. I found this extremely unprofessional and felt my privacy was not respected. During my appointment, the cardiologist had forgotten her authority prescription pad and asked me to have my GP write the prescription instead. Ross is a brilliant cardiologist that takes the time explaining the best ways to look after heart health with a holistic approach. He is evidence-based and open minded which is a great combination. Highly recommend.
Outstanding care and professionalism. I came in for a second opinion and was really impressed. Dr Semsarian took the time to assess everything properly himself rather than relying only on previous reports. He was thorough, thoughtful, and very clear in his explanations.
