I recently visited Sydney Hearing Clinic for my daughter. Loukia was incredibly patient, informative, and helpful; she made my daughter feel completely at ease and comfortable. The reception staff were also very welcoming and supportive. A wondeful audiology practice that I highly recommend.
Brilliant Clinic, start by making an appointment with the lovely Rosa on reception, she will make this happen with ease and competency, Loukia is the head Audiologist and is wonderful with all ages and very knowledgeable. Loukia keeps up to date with all the latest equipment, therefore making the practice run smoothly and efficiently. Nadia is an expert in her field, she looks after anyone from 11 years to 111 years, prompt and kind. Tegan is the pediatric Audiologist and is available every Tuesday for any bookings. - Clinic responded quickly to my email inquiry (through website), and suggested wax removal as the first step - Thanks to receptionist Rosa, for helping with the booking - Thanks to audiologist Nadiia for the wax removal procedure, who verified it was actually needed and made the process safe and comfortable, whilst providing insights and answering my questions. They fit me in very quickly to sort out my blocked ear. Nadiia provided amazing service. A gentle, informative and caring single consult was all I needed to unblock my ear and get my hearing back to normal. Would highly recommend Nadiia and Sydney Hearing Clinic.
