If you are considering building with Simonds Homes or purchasing an existing home they have built I high recommend you reconsider. I am a second owner of a 5 year old home built by Simonds Homes. The quality of the built is poor. Most likely apprentice tradesman's completing the work. I contacted Jess Sultana at Simonds Homes. It seems no one answers the phone?
My experience with Simond is good so far , built on 2021 -2022 year in sydney north west area during covid lockdown but still they were able to hamsover on time .
Review update. All green and rosey until build starts. NSW build. Questionable build quality. Slow progress. Delays after delays. House completed but we can't move in. 😕
Build with Simonds homes over 3 years ago and still chasing them for significant maintenance issues that i presume will never be completed, all seemed great until the handover which was brief to say the least, ever since then its been downhill nobody at Sydney head office ever answers the phone nobody responds to emails our after sales service had been a huge disappointment would not recommend building with Simonds
