My experience with Simond is good so far , built on 2021 -2022 year in sydney north west area during covid lockdown but still they were able to hamsover on time .
Review update. All green and rosey until build starts. NSW build. Questionable build quality. Slow progress. Delays after delays. House completed but we can't move in. 😕
Build with Simonds homes over 3 years ago and still chasing them for significant maintenance issues that i presume will never be completed, all seemed great until the handover which was brief to say the least, ever since then its been downhill nobody at Sydney head office ever answers the phone nobody responds to emails our after sales service had been a huge disappointment would not recommend building with Simonds
I have never in my life had so many issues with a builder and the POOR QUALITY of a BUILD. They will not come and fix mistakes they make, will give you the runaround, and just plain and simple are the worst I have dealt with, DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM. This is a Regional Victorian Build. I have had 5 supervisors to date, who have refused to do any repairs without a fight, and then had supervisors who have been made redundant, then come back as a trades person, to do the work they refused to sign off to repair, but the new super... read more
