We had a large garage door that was very tightly installed. The sales guy told us that you can't get parts for this motor anymore. (Which was a lie after I found that they can get parts). The install went horribly wrong. The new motor wouldn't fit, so they had to move the roller. The motor was struggling, but they said it was normal.
