We had a large garage door that was very tightly installed. The sales guy told us that you can't get parts for this motor anymore. (Which was a lie after I found that they can get parts). The install went horribly wrong. The new motor wouldn't fit, so they had to move the roller. Three motor was struggling but they said it was normal. A week later three while roller door came off the runners. They should've refused this job but instead choose to give it a go. I’ve had several people repair or service my garage door or the remotes. I’ve had some ok and some horrific experiences. Now that I found Sydney Garage Repairs, I’m literally never going to go anywhere else again. Brian is fabulous: great info and admin, arrives with notice and on time, is honest, explains things you can easily do yourself rather than upselling you ‘stuff’, and does great quality work. Exactly what I want from a tradesperson and very happy to support businesses like this! Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Had to get my garage door repaired urgently, rang them and they were out the same day, quoted up and came back the next day with the required parts. Absolutely sensational service and the technician Adam was a gun. Highly, highly recommend
Brian was a great help in fixing our garage door. He was on time and got it working first go, with useful advice about how to maintain the door in future.
