We had a large garage door that was very tightly installed. The sales guy told us that you can't get parts for this motor anymore. (Which was a lie after I found that they can get parts). The install went horribly wrong. The new motor wouldn't fit, so they had to move the roller. Three motor was struggling but they said it was normal. A week later three while roller door came off the runners. They should've refused this job but instead choose to give it a go.
