Our recent experience with Kinetic Pools was mixed. The team are friendly enough knowledgeable and have a good product. They were more responsive than any other pool builder we contacted initially. However after paying our deposit and signing the contract everything slowed down and the communication became poor. Even after taking time to address it with Fiona directly a number of times nothing improved. One issue was they sold a pool off ours to a neighbour. There's a lot of hidden costs I've learned when installing a pool and the team at Kinetic Pools were great at educating me with all the things I hadn't considered and providing a detailed and transparent quote with no hidden costs. Our experience from start to finish with Kinetic Pools was amazing. From the start the team were great at making sure we could get a pool in our smaller backyard, the team installing the pool were outstanding. Highly recommend Kinetic Pools if you are looking into getting a pool. Very professional and environmentally conscious was a bonus. Not many companies do you see the CEO on site on the day of the pool being installed getting their hands dirty.
