Attended on May 4 and 11 for cataract removal and lens replacement. First time in 60 years I don't need glasses for long and intermediate vision. Very impressed with the service and professionalism of all staff at the clinic.
Everyone at the clinic were friendly and helpfull. Made me feel at ease
My brother had cataract surgery at Brookvale Eye Clinic. The surgery and support was absolutely fantastic! His surgeon Dr Ooi was brilliant and all the nurses and anaesthetists were amazing. The admin team were also wonderful and helpful and answered all our questions with kindness and compassion.
Yesterday my husband and I had an appointment at The Sydney Eye Clinic. Over the past 12 months there has been new management take over the business and staff changes. Special mention to Vanessa who went above and beyond to ensure my husband’s needs were met, Vanessa did this in such a professional and compassionate manner. Endless gratitude to Vanessa and Deb for making our appointment seamless. Congratulations Vanessa, your service went above and beyond and was greatly appreciated.
Seeing more clearly now after cataract and stent surgery in both eyes. Always treated as an individual at this busy practice. Special thanks to Dr Qureshi , Kety and Freshwater Day Surgery staff.
