My treatment with Dr Donna Richards was first class in every way. Knowledgeable, friendly and caring are the best descriptors I can use from my experience. Very satisfied with my treatment.
No one likes dental work but if you are lucky enough to visit Dr Alan Nerwich and his team you are going to be in the best hands and professional caring staff. From Mary at the front desk everything is peaceful, helpful and painless . Now that's a great reference.
Avoid it ! Run away. I don't now how to tell you: awful experience. Very disappointing as a lot of people indeed : delayed treatment for several months, been late... One hour late or more per appointment. The day of my son's birthday. What a joke. No one is reliable here. No one is reliable in this place. No follow up nothing. As it's already said : Wouldn’t bother wasting your time here; ask for a referral elsewhere.
Would just like to say a massive thank you to Dr Alan who completed my root canal today. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists before so was a bit nervous about the treatment. I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process and was pain free!!
Very disappointing experience; delayed treatment for several weeks trying to get an appointment - was told I would get a call back on three separate occasions from reception, to then be told that they couldn’t find any available slots and to look elsewhere.. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time here; ask for a referral elsewhere.
