I had an excellent experience with Dr. Donna Richards and the entire team at Sydney Endotontists ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Richards was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the root canal procedure I needed. I am an extremely nervous patient when it comes to anything related to dental and the team and Sydney Endodontists were amazing. Dr Donna Richards continuously explained to me what she was doing throughout my appt so there was no surprises. She made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her warm and kind nature made me feel at ease during my appt. Mary on reception was also so helpful and kind in working to get me an appointment. I would 100% recommend.
I don’t normally leave reviews but feel I had to in this instance. Would just like to say thanks very much to Donna and her team. They were so quick and professional with their services. Really appreciated them going the extra mile with everything and would recommend in an instance. No pain whatsoever and all handled perfectly will be back if I ever need to.
AVOID AT COSTS !!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! It was like a torture chamber - and left in excruciating pain for days - and they just said it was normal ! But no it wasn't normal at all - it was hideous and EXPENSIVE for work not completed - and NO WAY I'm going back to her. A rip off $$$$ wise also. Charged for unfinished treatment because she couldn't do it !! But I still had to pay, not to mention the EXTREME pain she put through whilst ATTEMPTING the treatment !!! Not going back for - STAY WELL AWAY !!!!!
