Avoid it ! Run away. I don't now how to tell you: awful experience. Very disappointing as a lot of people indeed : delayed treatment for several months, been late... One hour late or more per appointment. The day of my son's birthday. What a joke. No one is reliable here. No one is reliable in this place. No follow up nothing. As it's already said : Wouldn’t bother wasting your time here; ask for a referral elsewhere.
Would just like to say a massive thank you to Dr Alan who completed my root canal today. I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists before so was a bit nervous about the treatment. I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process and was pain free!!
Very disappointing experience; delayed treatment for several weeks trying to get an appointment - was told I would get a call back on three separate occasions from reception, to then be told that they couldn’t find any available slots and to look elsewhere.. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time here; ask for a referral elsewhere.
Dr Donna Richards is the best medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient of - i had an extremely tricky root canal, that I was absolutely dreading (I had been pre-warned how bad my specific situation was and to prepare for a pretty rough time of it).
