Ok so i had to go to FELPS Ebikes to get my ebike repaired within an hour that Sydney Electric Bikes couldnt do in 2 weeks. These guys over charge and show attitude to customers when you come for a repair job. The cable to controller was the issue which I had mentioned when i dropped the bike even then the owner thinks the issue could be controller. 1.overpriced . 2. Slow service. Fast forward to today, and my experience has been consistently positive. The staff — including the owners — have always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
