I've been a loyal customer of Sydney Electric Bikes since 2020, right when the pandemic began and I needed a safe, reliable mode of transport. Very happy with my experience with the company and the service is excellent. I recently dropped in to their shop in pyrmont unannounced about 1pm needing a service and to fix a punctured back tyre that had happened while riding my ebike earlier the same day. By 3:30pm the bike had been fully serviced and was collection. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone who is looking for a great bike and great service!.
