From the moment I called to make the reservation to the moment we picked up our Dog after the trip, the staff were amazing. It was the first time we left our Chilli in the care of the team and I felt at ease when we dropped her off, knowing she would be well looked after. When I made the initial phone call to enquire the staff were patient, accommodating and pleasant to speak with. They made me feel comfortable leaving her in their care.
