Dr. William was very experienced and knowledgeable! I took my 4yo son to Dr. William when he was sick and we felt very reassured by her advice :)
This practice has gone downhill. I have been going here for 34yrs and for the past few years it has all become only about billings. Recently the practice has changed policy and now only bulk bill kids under 5 years old (a reduction from kids under 12 year olds) which makes it not not sustainable for families. Most patients are >65yo so my guess is that this is their target market and they don't want to deal with younger generations. I am so pleased with the attention, knowledge, kindness and understanding of all the staff particularly Dr Sakthi Ravitharan. She is extremely helpful, thorough and empathetic and I highly recommend her and this practice.
