Great experience overall. Corey was great to deal with over the phone and followed through on everything he said he would. The workshop was very clean, and all of the staff were warm, friendly, and polite. I'd happily recommend them.
Disappointed and disgusted at a member of staff whom I’ve literally spoken to. I called to ask if a high pressure fuel pump could be tested at their workshop, as I was given a referral to this company. I cannot believe at the how horribly my simple question would be to the man I spoke to. He replied in an angry manner (literally my question of ‘can you test a fuel pump that I’ve taken out of my car’) saying that I was stupid and if I’m not a mechanic why am I calling? Highly recommend Sydney Diesel Centre. The team were very friendly, provided great customer service, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue I was having with my car. They also made the experience much easier by providing an area for me to work from while my car was being diagnosed. Really appreciated it. Thank you.
Poor customer service
I took my LDV van for a service as my normal mechanic was away on holidays and Sydney Diesel Centre was highly recommended by a friend. Anne and her team went far and beyond to look after me when my van had issues, not only during the service but even after I picked up my van. She followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customer the way Anne does.
