I was told even car dealerships bring come to them when things get complicated but they couldn't fix the problem in my car (Range Rover Evoque which had a Nox sensor issue) and kept it with them for an awfully long time (a month in total) with a different excuse each time trying to fix it. In the end they gave me a full refund cuz they couldn't fix it. The car is a lemon now - engine's gone. Who tf knows what happened!! AVOID this place or don't but do leave an honest review for others like I have.
Found the problem, communication was great. Not over the top price wise but still up there.
I recently had a booking to get my car fixed. Had a booking to get work done. Confirmed via text. No smiles upon entering the store two staff employees cleaning the front office and ignoring me at first. Finally I spoke to Helen .
