Called and booked in a day for a measure and quote, texted to confirm on the day, no response, waited all day to arrive, never showed up. I spoke with Bill on the phone the days prior but no body ever came. Really frustrating as a family member recommended them and we are needing the wardrobes replaced. I can understand this time of year is busy but some communication would be helpful as i can book someone else to help me.

All talk no show. Multiple follow ups for quote and finally came down to measure etc and made it sound easy. Waited on quote for a week with several follow ups with no response. Had somebody else follow up with a different number and immediate response but when job was mentioned, acted like he didn’t remember etc and than eventually he was like, tomorrow. Obviously lie. Even when we said, if u cant take the job, just tell us but it was easier to lie and say tomorrow. Would not recommend.
Had to do multiple follow ups to get a quote and then when the date was booked 3 weeks in advance to do the work it was a no show. Disappointed.
My husband and I used Bill to install a walk-in wardrobe at our new house. Bill was extremely efficient in his response to our initial inquiry, very professional and installed the wardrobe beautifully for a very reasonable price. We absolutely love it! We will definitely be using Bill again to install wardrobes in our other bedrooms in future. I would highly recommend him!
