I had the opportunity to shadow at Smile Concepts for a week and it was such a valuable learning experience. The clinic has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, especially Sylvia who helped organise this experience for me! I was able to observe a variety of dental procedures, and gained useful insights into patient care and teamwork. I recently had my all on 4 dental implants done by Dr. Shah and seriously could not recommend him more! I was very nervous before the peocedure because I have a lower pain tolerance but it was as pain-free as it could be and Dr. Shah was very reassuring during the whole process and made me feel at ease. I now have the confidence to smile again which I hadn’t had for years. Thank you Dr. Shah and the Smile Concepts team for taking such good care of me.
