I had such an incredible experience at Sydney Day Hospital and cannot thank the team enough. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist. All of the nurses were absolutely AMAZING, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after every step of the way. I had a really positive experience at Sydney Day Hospital today. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. Everyone I met—from reception to the medical team (antithesis Rob Hackett, and nurses Jo from NZ and Donna)—treated me with genuine care and made sure I felt comfortable and well looked after.
