Securing an appointment here has been very stressful and difficult. The lack of follow up and communication from this clinic has been very frustrating. After reading the website and being totally impressed with the services and look of care provided for ADHD I decided to give them a call. After calling the receptionist I was left dumbfounded at the indifference and lack of care about their services. I just can’t believe that a business that has such a great website and professional team can have this sort of experience for potential clients.
Adam is very rude and unhelpful. I’ve been playing phone tag with these people all day who don’t answer phones or reply to emails. I made an enquiry weeks ago and have been told I was put on a wait list. Finally get a standard reply outlining fees and the process, I followed the instructions in the email but clearly Adam hasn’t bothered reading this and instead starts asking me questions I’ve already answered.
