Didn’t feel welcomed by the communication style, attitude and body language shown by sales person when we went to view and query a car we are interested in. I went to a Tesla dealership on the same day and their customer service was at a much higher standard. Given that experience, I will purchase a Tesla rather than a Toyota although I was more interested in a Toyota at the time.
