I was expecting a 4 - 5 month wait for a car but I was able to secure one under a month! the Sydney City team was super efficient and supportive. Especially Sian Lim who was instrumental to the turnaround and a real delight to work with. She was ever so patient, really listened to my lifestyle needs and had none of the stereotype flogging carsales vibes that I was anxious and expecting to encounter on my car buying journey.
Worst Toyota dealership ever. Serviced my car there once and will never go back there again. I asked the staff kindly not to wipe the car down if any grease or stains are on car after service cause it was recently Cermic coated. Instead the guys working on my car wiped both side panels and caused permanent scratches all along driver and passenger side panels.
I recently ordered a new car from Sydney City Toyota. Cam was responsive and patient answering all of my questions. Looking forward to picking up my new car next month.
It’s been more than ten years since I last purchased a new car from Sydney City Toyota. Back then the staff were great to deal with and nothing has changed. Kyle, the salesman who looked after my enquiry was polite, efficient and followed up with my questions. I also saved money buying a car from them. I’m retired and don’t live in Sydney any longer but I’m glad I took the time to check with Sydney City Toyota. It was well worth the phone call.
