Just had my Toyota serviced here and had a great experience. I booked the service, confirmed the price and edited my booking all via text message. Upon drop off, everyone was very courteous and on time. My vehicle was available early in the afternoon, no additional costs, everything well explained and the car was good as new. The customer service was wonderful - thank you to John (I believe) and the manager who was also there on drop off and pick up
Recently took my 2021 LandCruiser 200 series for a service and also to fix a reverse camera issue. Took a while (and a couple of visits) to finally diagnose the issue, but both Jenny and John were awesome to deal with. They showed genuine care and attention, and proactively/frequently followed up even when there was no specific update. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Sydney City Toyota.
