I explained the reason for making an appointment. The receptionist gathered all the information and recommended one particular psychologist that would do such a report. So I made the appointment for the patient, who had to travel for nearly an hour just to see the psychologist, just to be told that the psychologist does not actually provide such a report. A complete waste of time and energy given the matter was urgent.
The team at Sydney City Psychology have been so wonderful in helping me with my journey. So gentle and caring.

The place is fine, but beware that once you give them your email address they will continue to email you no matter how much you request they stop. I’ve been trying to get off their mailing list for at least a year across 5 email requests
