On the last few occasions when I called to request a car inspection, the person in charge of answering the calls showed a bad attitude, being rude and hanging up the phone on me. For this reason, I consider it a lack of respect.
They were fully booked out and I had trouble with my car . Chris found some time to see what the issue was and they fixed it. Highly recommend the service both with the workers and the mechanic
Had issues with my front lights, been driving blind trying to get them fixed the other service center told me till September… so driving 2 month with no front lights, gave them a call here and they said drop it asap came next day, they changed the globes in 5 minutes and I was driving again with no hassle. Much appreciated to Chris for his help
I want to thank Chris so much for helping me today with my Mg ZS which had a hand brake issue. I didn’t book in as I didn’t have time to and had been to Preston’s one (which is absolutely terrible) who couldn’t fix it after 3 times. I came in and Chris diagnosed it straight away as being low brake fluid, topped it up and sorted me out and even took it for a test drive to make sure.
